Matt Rancatore is a San Francisco based designer. That's him there in that sweet baseball uniform. He's grown a bit since this photo was taken and spends less time at the Sears photo department and more time focusing on branding, digital product design, and illustration. He's had the privilege to work on projects at a bunch of really amazing places like Wired Magazine, IDEO, and Blink UX.

When Matt isn't hunched over his computer pushing pixels, he can be found biking up San Francisco's notorious hills, in a park relaxing, or on a backpacking adventure.
